The primary machining center is a CNC controlled Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 450-II MY. The CNC lathes we employ are ideal for turning parts and materials with circular cross sections, to tight tolerances. We can deliver parts that meet your design needs and time constraints precisely.

  • We have produced but are not limited to: Bronze nuts, crusher rolls, crusher shafts, sheaves, and wheels are precision-turned to customer-specified dimensions
  • We employ the latest technology CNC lathes, which can produce virtually any shape, angle, contour, radius, or plain surface
