We provide thin and thick material cutting, and stack cutting of parts and components
Our easy-to-program waterjet cutting machine also has the option for abrasive waterjet cutting processes. They contain a one-jet setup for nearly all abrasive cutting jobs.
Our waterjet cutting processes produce parts with no mechanical stresses or heat affected zones
A thin stream of water with less than 1lb side forces is used to cut through materials of varied thicknesses which minimizes the need for fixtures to hold the materials being cut
We are equipped with Flow IFB 87K Dynamic Waterjet Cutting System which can perform different cutting jobs on different materials rapidly. This is because their fixturing and set up time is always kept to a minimum due to the absence of side forces
Our waterjet cutting machines can clearly detail the geometries of parts with little or no burrs and ensure reduced material wastage
